Modern Home with Open Plan

Converted a multi-room ranch into an open modern interior. Select features include a wenge fireplace with black slate surround, stainless steel railing, and moveable glass wall. Energy efficiency achieved through geothermal heat pumps, LED lighting, and spray foam insulation.

TOTAL TRANSFORMATION

 Removed all interior walls from 2/3's of the house and built custom scissor trusses using the roof rafters to create a modern open living space
